Gift Card Policy

Thank you for choosing Shokh.com eGift Cards! This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase, redemption, and use of our digital gift cards. By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Shokh.com eGift Card, you agree to these terms.

1. General Information

Shokh.com eGift Cards ("eGift Cards") are digital gift cards issued by Shokh.com.
They can be purchased online and used exclusively on our website, www.shokh.com, towards the purchase of any products or services we offer.
eGift Cards are not physical cards; they are delivered via email to the recipient you designate.

2. Purchasing eGift Cards

You can purchase an eGift Card for any value predefined denomination set by Shokh.com.
Payment for eGift Cards must be made with a valid credit/debit card or other accepted payment method at the time of purchase.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct email address for the recipient. Shokh.com is not responsible for eGift Cards that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect email address.
Upon completion of your order, the recipient will receive an email containing the eGift Card code and redemption instructions.

3. Redeeming eGift Cards

To redeem, the recipient must enter the unique eGift Card code at checkout on Shokh.com.
eGift Cards can be used to pay for part or all of an order. If the order total exceeds the eGift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another accepted payment method.
eGift Cards are not reloadable and cannot be resold, exchanged, or transferred for cash or credit, except where required by law.
Each eGift Card code can be used for a single transaction until the balance is depleted. The remaining balance will be stored on the recipient's account and can be applied to future orders.

4. Balance & Expiry

No Fees: We do not charge any inactivity or maintenance fees on our eGift Cards.
No Expiry: Shokh.com eGift Cards do not expire. The full value remains available until used.
You can check your eGift Card balance at any time by entering the code on our website or by contacting customer service.

5. Limitations of Use

eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards.
They are valid only for purchases made on the Shokh.com website and are not redeemable at any physical retail locations.
Use of an eGift Card is subject to the general Terms and Conditions of Shokh.com.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Unused eGift Cards

Shokh.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of an eGift Card once it has been delivered to the recipient's email.
Treat your eGift Card like cash. We are unable to replace or refund the value of lost or stolen eGift Card codes.
Unused Balances: If a product purchased with an eGift Card is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit (as a new eGift Card code) to the customer's account.

7. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for an eGift Card pass to the recipient upon our electronic transmission of the code to the recipient or designated purchaser. You are responsible for safeguarding the code from unauthorized use.

8. Fraud & Voiding

Shokh.com reserves the right to void eGift Cards (and refuse to honor any purchases) without notice if we suspect fraud, a technical error occurred during issuance, or if the card was obtained unlawfully.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

10. Changes to Policy

Shokh.com reserves the right to change this eGift Card Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
