Directions:

Take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.

Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Ferrous Fumarate, Niacin (as Niacinamide), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Maltodextrin, Vitamin E (as dl-Alpha Tocopherol), Pantothenic Acid (as d-Calcium Pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Starch, Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine, Carnauba Wax), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Vitamin A (as Retinyl Acetate), Thiamin Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Emulsifier (Acacia Gum), Sucrose, Folic Acid, Tricalcium Phosphate, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin), Vitamin D3.
