Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is bottle bottled unfiltered and therefore retains the naturally occurring fermenting bacteria which is known as the Mother.

Can be consumed as a refreshing drink at mealtimes or on a daily basis. Why not try upon arising, afternoon and evening? Organic Apple Cider Vinegar can also be used for cooking, dressings and marinades to boost flavour.

Directions:

Shake well before use. Add 2 – 3 TSPS to 200ml of water or as desired. Add sweetening to taste (optional). Recommended 3 times per day; Morning, afternoon and, evening before or after meals.
