Description

Holland & Barrett Vitamin B Complex plus Vitamin C Timed Release Caplets has a timed release formula designed to provide longer lasting action as the nutrients are released over an extended period of time. This product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Vitamin C supports normal energy yielding metabolism, contributes to the reduction of tiredness & fatigue and supports normal function of the immune system.

  • Provides an excellent source of B vitamins to support normal energy yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 also contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
  • Vitamin C also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal functioning of the nervous system, the protection of cells from oxidative stress and the normal function of the immune system.

        Directions:

        Take one caplet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
